This PMA regulates the Catholic religious legal body, distinguishing between pastoral work of an internal-spiritual nature and social work of a public-administrative nature. Normative analysis was carried out to assess the consistency of PMA with higher laws and regulations, such as the 1945 Constitution and the Government Administration Law. The results of the study show that PMA 13/2025 gives discretionary authority to the Minister of Religion and the Director General of Catholic Guidance, but it needs to be balanced with legal principles such as legality, justice, accountability, and transparency to prevent abuse of authority. This study recommends the proper implementation of these legal principles to improve the quality of government and the welfare of the community.
2026-01-09T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Developmenthttp://www.journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/586From Regulation to Practice: Implementing Regulation No. 46 of 2018 on Child Marriage Prevention in Lais District, Musi Banyuasin Regency2026-01-05T06:37:54+00:00Ariska Ariskabudi.santoso@stisipolcandradimuka.ac.idTiara Nesva Laraskanabudi.santoso@stisipolcandradimuka.ac.idDeby Chintia Hestiriniahbudi.santoso@stisipolcandradimuka.ac.idIndah Pusnitabudi.santoso@stisipolcandradimuka.ac.idBudi Santosobudi.santoso@stisipolcandradimuka.ac.id
Despite sustained regulatory efforts, child marriage remains highly prevalent in Musi Banyuasin Regency, particularly in Lais District, making it a critical context for assessing the effectiveness of child marriage prevention policies. In response to this issue, the Regency Government enacted a regulation aimed at reducing child marriage in Lais District; however, the outcomes of its implementation remain problematic. This study examines the implementation of the child marriage prevention policy in Lais District using a qualitative research design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that policy implementation has not yet been effective, despite the regulation being formally enacted. Key challenges include weak coordination among implementing actors, limited human resource capacity, social resistance, and the persistence of harmful socio-cultural practices. At the same time, positive initiatives have been undertaken by the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), local communities, and village governments through education and socialization programs. Nevertheless, these efforts face significant constraints and have not yet produced substantial change. The study underscores the need for stronger community empowerment and increased public education on the negative consequences of early marriage. This research contributes to the literature on public policy implementation and provides practical insights for policymakers and community stakeholders seeking to strengthen child marriage prevention efforts.
2026-01-13T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Developmenthttp://www.journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/596Implementation of Health Service Policy Programs to Reduce Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) Through the Strengthening of AMP-SR (Maternal Perinatal Audit Surveillance and Response) in Sidoarjo Regency2026-01-12T04:09:28+00:00Rachmad Salehrayacandi45@yahoo.comAgus Sukristyantoagussukris@untag-sby.ac.idRudy Handokorudihandoko@untag-sby.ac.id
Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (AKB) are still strategic public health problems in Indonesia, including in Sidoarjo Regency. The local government has implemented health service policies through the strengthening of the Maternal Perinatal Surveillance and Response Audit (AMP-SR) as an effort to accelerate the reduction of AKI and AKB. However, the effectiveness of the implementation of these policies requires an in-depth study to ensure the achievement of policy objectives according to the local context. This study aims to analyze the implementation of health service program policies in the context of reducing AKI and AKB through strengthening AMP-SR in Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a focus on the policy implementation process, policy actors, and the social and institutional environment that influences the implementation of the program. Data was collected through policy document studies, stakeholder interviews, and field observations. The results of the study show that the implementation of the policy to reduce AKI and AKB in Sidoarjo Regency has been carried out in accordance with Regent Regulation Number 27 of 2020 through the establishment of the Forum for Reducing Maternal and Infant Mortality Rates (Penakib). The main supporting factors include strengthening integrated ANC, optimizing Posyandu, assisting high-risk pregnant women, utilizing health technology, and cross-sector collaboration. However, policy implementation still faces obstacles in the form of uneven community economic empowerment, limited private sector support, and low public awareness related to maternal and child health. Overall, strengthening AMP-SR plays an important role in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of policies to reduce AKI and AKB, but requires strengthening collaborative aspects and empowering communities so that the results are more sustainable.
2026-01-20T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Developmenthttp://www.journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/600Abdominal Wall Endometriosis : Case Series2026-01-15T00:20:20+00:00Hendrik B. Menggadr.mengga@gmail.comToby H. Wiranegarajoby_hadinata@yahoo.com
Abdominal wall endometriosis (AWE) is an uncommon presentation of extra-pelvic endometriosis, most frequently developing following gynaecological surgeries, particularly caesarean sections. The study aims to describe the clinical characteristics, diagnostic process, surgical management, and outcomes in two post-caesarean patients diagnosed with AWE, while highlighting the importance of early recognition. This research is a retrospective descriptive case series. We used purposive sampling of two patients with histopathologically confirmed AWE. Two women, aged 41 and 44 years, presented with a gradually enlarging palpable mass in the right lower abdominal wall, accompanied by local tenderness and cyclical pain during menstruation. Symptom duration was 14 years in the 41-year-old and 7 years in the 44-year-old, both with a history of caesarean section. Contrast-enhanced CT scans revealed soft tissue lesions within the rectus abdominis muscle extending into subcutaneous tissue. Both patients underwent wide surgical excision with adequate margins, followed by polypropylene mesh reconstruction due to lesion size. Histopathology confirmed ectopic endometrial glands and stroma. Both patients recovered without complications and reported complete resolution of symptoms at follow-up. Masses in the right lower abdominal wall with a history of caesarean section are frequently misdiagnosed due to multiple differential diagnoses, including desmoid tumours, hernias, lipomas, hematomas, and suture granulomas. AWE should be considered in women presenting with cyclical abdominal wall pain and a history of caesarean section. Early wide surgical excision with appropriate reconstruction provides excellent outcomes. Improved clinical awareness is essential to reduce diagnostic delays and enhance patient quality of life.
2026-01-28T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Developmenthttp://www.journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/603Strategies for Improving Teacher Service Quality Through the Effectiveness of ICT Implementation, Servant Leadership, Knowledge Management, Interpersonal Communication, and Job Satisfaction (Using Path Analysis and Sitorem on Civil Servant Teachers at Public Junior High Schools in Bogor Regency) 2026-01-15T00:21:28+00:00Sains Rusnadisainsrusnadi16@gmail.comHenny Suharyatiainsrusnadi16@gmail.comSri Setyaningsihsri_setya@unpak.ac.id
This study aims to determine the strength of variables that are suspected to affect the quality of teacher services. This study examines the integration of technical design analysis with the Indonesian Standard Unit Price Method (AHSP) to improve cost estimation accuracy and risk management. Using the Batauga–Sampolawa road project in South Buton Regency as a case study, the research analyzes how longsection and cross-section designs influence earthwork volumes and subsequent cost structures. Results indicate that hilly topography necessitates significant slope stabilization measures and unbalanced cut-fill volumes, directly impacting cost distribution. Through AHSP-based cost projection for 2025, the study identifies critical risk factors including fuel price volatility, material classification uncertainties, and equipment productivity in steep terrain. The research demonstrates that an integrated design-cost approach enables more realistic budgeting and proactive risk mitigation in hilly road projects. Recommendations include the adoption of digital terrain modeling, AHSP adjustment factors for hilly conditions, and contingency planning for geotechnical uncertainties.
2026-01-28T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Developmenthttp://www.journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/578Stress and Anxiety Control as a Result of DHSP Bali's Traditional Meditation and Yoga Practice2025-12-29T08:41:14+00:00Agung Setiabudiagung@unmas.ac.idI Gede Eka Agung Agastya Puniaagastya@unmas.ac.idPutu Setianisetiani@unmas.ac.idLussy Ayu Puspitalussyayupuspitaa@gmail.comKadek Satya Manggalastmanggala@gmail.com
Stress and anxiety are increasing mental health problems and can have a negative impact on an individual's physical and psychological well-being. Blegurthomasblegur@bmkg.go.idKhomsin Khomsinthomasblegur@bmkg.go.id
Tropical cyclones rarely make landfall in Indonesia; however, their indirect influence can substantially affect regional rainfall variability, particularly in eastern Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the historical geospatial characteristics of tropical cyclone intensity and to quantify their contribution to rainfall variability in Alor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, over the period 1996–2024. The analysis integrates tropical cyclone best-track data, in-situ daily rainfall observations, and satellite-based rainfall estimates. Geospatial techniques were applied to examine cyclone track density, spatial exposure, and seasonal patterns, while statistical analyses—including descriptive statistics, non-parametric correlation, and linear and non-linear regression—were employed to evaluate temporal variability in maximum wind intensity. The results indicate that tropical cyclone activity in the surrounding region is strongly seasonal, with peak occurrences during the wet season months, while cyclone intensity is dominated by low to moderate categories and exhibits no statistically significant long-term trend. Rainfall analysis reveals that tropical cyclones contribute substantially to monthly rainfall totals, particularly during the early and late phases of the rainy season, when cyclone-related rainfall accounts for a large proportion of climatological monthly rainfall. Spatially, higher rainfall sensitivity is observed in eastern and southern Alor, reflecting the combined effects of moisture advection from nearby seas and local orographic enhancement. These findings demonstrate that tropical cyclones play a critical indirect role in shaping rainfall variability and hydrometeorological risk in Alor Regency, highlighting the importance of incorporating cyclone-related rainfall influences into regional climate assessment, disaster risk reduction, and adaptation planning.
2026-01-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Developmenthttp://www.journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/606Cost Analysis of Additional Rainfall Station in The Kayan River Area, North Kalimantan Province2026-01-15T00:22:25+00:00Fadzil Abdillahabdillahfadzil@gmail.comHanie Teki Tjendanihanie@untag-sby.ac.idEsti Wulandari wulandariesti@untag-sby.ac.id
With a total area of the Kayan River Basin (WS) reaching 3,178,215.72 hectares, when compared to other River Basins in Kalimantan, the Kayan WS only has seven rain gauge stations, of which six are in good condition and one is damaged or inactive. This study presents the design, implementation, and performance evaluation of a Pneumatic Manhole Lock (P-Man) integrated with a digital spool lock and cloud-based interlock system for fuel tank trucks. The proposed solution combines physical pneumatic locking mechanisms with geofencing, one-time password (OTP) authentication, and real-time digital audit trails. Access to fuel compartments is strictly restricted to authorized locations and verified users, ensuring that opening actions can only occur at designated fuel stations. The system was implemented and tested on operational fuel tank trucks with multiple compartment configurations. Field results demonstrate a 77% reduction in sealing and verification time, complete prevention of unauthorized valve opening outside geofenced areas, significant reduction in transport loss, and a substantial increase in customer satisfaction from 42% to 93%. In addition, the system enhances safety performance and strengthens governance through transparent, auditable distribution records. The findings indicate that integrating pneumatic interlock systems with digital authorization provides a robust, scalable, and sustainable solution for improving fuel distribution security, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
2026-01-20T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Developmenthttp://www.journalenrichment.com/index.php/jr/article/view/607Cost Analysis of Road Performance Improvement on Yos Sudarso Road, Baubau City 2026-01-16T06:59:34+00:00Jamiludin Nasirjamilbone87@gmail.com Budi Witjaksanabudiwitjaksana@untag-sby.ac.idJaka Purnamajakapurnama@untag-sby.ac.id
Yos Sudarso Road in Baubau City is a major urban corridor that has experienced a decline in traffic performance due to intensive activities in commercial, tourism, and port areas, resulting in high side friction caused by on-street parking and vehicle maneuvering. These conditions reduce the effective road capacity and degrade the level of service. This study aims to estimate the cost required to improve road performance as a basis for practical and applicable traffic management recommendations. The research employs a quantitative approach by identifying improvement alternatives, calculating work volumes, and estimating costs based on the 2022 Indonesian Public Works Unit Price Analysis (Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan, AHSP) for Road and Bridge Works and the 2024 Baubau City Standard Unit Cost (Harga Satuan Pokok Kegiatan, HSPK). The results indicate that traffic management measures in the form of one-side on-street parking arrangement and installation of no-parking traffic signs require a total cost of IDR 57,000,000.00. This cost is relatively economical and effective in improving road capacity and traffic performance without physical road widening.
2026-01-22T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Enrichment: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Development
